Before transitioning into real estate, Tatiana established a strong foundation in mortgage banking and commercial lending, gaining deep expertise in the financing process. With a strong command of numbers and an eye for design, she helps investors maximize returns through financial analysis, creative design concepts, and elevated marketing strategies.

Originally from Peru and raised on Long Island, Tatiana studied Marketing and Business Administration. Beyond real estate, she finds balance and inspiration through tennis, running, and reading personal growth books. A proud mother of two daughters—her greatest source of motivation—she embraces competition with the belief that her biggest contender is herself. She is an active member of both the New York Road Runners (NYRR) and the United States Tennis Association (USTA).
